The basketweave stitch has recently become a favorite crochet stitch of mine. You can do so much with such a simple stitch! From washcloths to baby blankets. Which is exactly what I designed for you all today! I’m so happy to be sharing with you all the “Basketweave Baby Blanket.”

This blanket works up so quickly! I give all credit to how much I love the soft texture of Yarnspirations Baby Velvet Yarn. Once you pick it up, it’s really so hard to stop crocheting!

Photographed with my beautiful nephew, I hope you all enjoy this gorgeous baby blanket as much as I do! This blanket is perfect for the new baby in your family or as a gift at your next baby shower.
